<p><br>Immediately following the service today, we will take a church family picture on the steps outside of the front entrance to the church.  Please move there as quickly as possible -- thanks so much for your cooperation!!

<p>Bible Study is on Wednesday night.  Supper begins at 6:00.  The cost of food per person is about $1.50; any donations are appreciated.  Bible Study begins at 6:30 in the sanctuary.  Nursery provided.  Questions, see Lisa Shelly.

<p>Next Sunday will be Dave & Esther’s last Sunday with us.  There will be a farewell reception for them between Sunday School and church.  We will dismiss Sunday School at 10:15 to go to the gym for refreshments and a card shower for them -- please bring a card of appreciation from your family.  Worship will start at our regular 10:45 time.

<p>The annual Pine Lake Camp Benefit Sale will be held in Des Allemands, LA, on Saturday, October 6.  There are several ways you can help with this to raise money for camp:  purchase or make items, or participate in the services for sale, explained on the camp bulletin board in the hall.  Contact Lisa Shelly for further explanation or more ideas.

<p>The Youth Yard Sale is coming up in October!  All proceeds will help to sponsor the Youth Group's trip to the 2009 Mennonite Youth Convention in Ohio.  Questions, see Cheryl Landis or Christine Maust Beachy. 

<p>The Care Group that Fern Diener facilitates will meet this Saturday, Sept. 29 at 6:30 pm at Jubilee.  Please bring a snack to share. 

<p>The annual MDS Region II Gathering will be held on October 27th in Burr Oak, MI at the New Covenant Christian Fellowship.  Some funds have been allocated to cover travel (and lodging if needed) for a few folks in our Unit to attend.  If you’re interested, see Dewayne Garrett by October 1.
