<p><br>The Believers Class is beginning again!  Would you like to become a member of Jubilee?  Are you considering baptism?  Talk to Duane or Elaine about joining.

<p>Next Sunday, September 28, Jubilee welcomes Jerry and Marlene Kaufman as our preachers.  The Kaufmans, authors of Monday Marriage, are experienced marriage counselors.  One of the priorities of Jubilee's Elders/Pastors Team is to strengthen Jubilee's marriages.  We are grateful the Kaufmans are available to speak to us on this subject.  Questions? <p>There will be a meeting of the Worship Planning Team today after the pot luck in the library.  If you have any concerns or ideas, please talk to:  Theresa Ladnier Chisolm, Calisha Danielle Crowell, Joel Diener, Milli Floyd, Jeff Landis, Nohemi Martinez, Tim Seibel, Anita Wansley, or Duane or Elaine Maust.

<p>The 3 "at-large" church council members are recommended by the Leadership Discernment Team and must be approved by congregational vote.  The recommendations for the 2008-09 church year are Bobby Baldwin, Gerri Thompson, and Jan Reynolds.  We will hold a vote at the end of the worship service on September 28 to approve these names. <p>We are in the process of revising the church directory.  Please look on the bulletin board outside the office and make any revisions to your entry so that it will appear as you desire in the directory.  Today is the last day to do so.  The new directory will be printed this week and distributed to your mailboxes.  Questions, see Lisa Shelly.

<p>On the bulletin board, please find a letter from Eric Musser, pastor of Huntington Mennonite Church, thanking us for the book donated to them through Howie and Dianna Scheidel.  "I pray that the Lord will not only fill the gap left by (the Schiedels), but would multiply the return for your congregation."  

<p>Abram finally has a baby, but there is a big problem.  Read Genesis 16-17 and join us for Bible Study to find out what happened.  Bring your Bibles!
