This Week at Jubilee...
Upcoming Events
Today we will have an offering for the Fishes and Loaves program. This is a coordinated effort of several downtown churches to care for the needy in our community. Questions, see Lisa.
We are starting a new method of communicating prayer requests and church information. On the bulletin board next to the office is a list of those who said theyd like to receive requests and info by e-mail. There is also a phone chain for those who preferred a phone call. Please check this to be sure you are listed the way you want to be. Any questions or need for changes, please see Lisa Shelly. Thank you.
Everyone is welcome to attend the Healing Retreat at Pine Lake Camp this weekend. It is designed to invite you to open yourself to God, to listen to what God is saying, and to provide a safe and confidential environment. The focus is on receiving healing through prayer and worship. Feel free to get a brochure for yourself or invite a friend. Questions, see Lisa Shelly.
Jubilee adults are invited to the Maust house on Wednesday, November 28 at 6:30 for burgers and a viewing of the Bike Movement video. Bikers, including Nathan Maust, biked across the US and visited Mennonite churches to discover what Mennonite young adults are thinking. Please RSVP if you plan to come. For more info, see Duane or Elaine Maust.
A new Care Group is forming at Jubilee. Mike and Melody Clymer will lead this new group. If you are interested in joining this group or have questions about the care group ministry at Jubilee, see Duane or Elaine Maust.
If you have items for the December calendar, please contact DeeDee Baldwin (601-479-1424 or edeainfj {at} gmail.com) this week.
Happy Birthday to LaQuisha Earl (Nov 26) and Zoe Clymer (Nov 27)!
