ANNOUNCEMENTS

--------------------------
This Week at Jubilee...

Upcoming Events

--------------------------

Currently there are five Care Groups at Jubilee which meet once a month. They provide a place to get to know others at Jubilee. Though all the groups are different, typically there is time to share, eat and pray when they meet. If you are interested in changing care groups, in starting a care group, or in joining one, talk to Duane or Elaine.

Hooray and praise God! We are only $2,435 short of our goal of over $10,000 for the demolition of the Music Emporium. If you would like to make a pledge or to give a gift, please give it to Cheryl Landis or mark your check "Music Building."

Please pray for Ben Schiedel, who is serving God in Alaska with Service Adventure. Many thanks to God and to Jubilee for financial gifts that support this ministry. We are only $160 short of our goal of raising $1,500 this year.

Jacob goes back to Haran and falls in love with Rachel. But all does not go well. Read Genesis 29 and join us for Bible Study on Wednesday night. A light meal will be served at 6:00. Bible Study begins at 6:30 in the sanctuary. This week's Hot Topic: "What does Pro-Life Mean?" If you have questions about Wednesday night services, contact Anita Wansley.

There will be a healing service at Jubilee next Sunday. Following the sermon, youth, adults, or children are invited to come forward for anointing and prayers for healing. We will pray for emotional, physical, spiritual, and relational healing. If you have questions, please talk to Duane or Elaine Maust.

Jubilee will be hosting the Gulf States Mennonite Conference's Spring Inspirational meeting on May 2-3. This year's theme is, "What the Lord has done in me." It will be a testimony meeting featuring speakers from around the conference. Activities and services will be planned for all ages. If you would like to be part of the planning team for this event, please talk to Duane or Elaine Maust.

If you have items for the March calendar, please contact DeeDee Baldwin this week.

Happy Birthday to Marvin Floyd (Feb 28)!
