This Week at Jubilee...
Today is the second Sunday of Advent, and we light the second Advent Candle, which reminds us to Prepare.
The worship planning team meets this afternoon at 1:30 in the library. If you have ideas or suggestions for worship services, please talk to Jeff Landis, worship elder, or any member of the worship planning team.
Join us for Bible Study on Wednesday night. A light meal will be served at 6:00 ($2.00 donation). Worship begins in the sanctuary at 6:45, followed by classes and activities for all ages. The children will prepare for the Centerstage Christmas Songs. Jr. Youth, Adult Bible Study, and Hot Topics will consider Jesus’ teachings on revenge from the Sermon on the Mount. Questions? A baby shower for Calisha Danielle Crowell, hosted by her step-mother, will be held at Jubilee in the gym on Saturday, Dec. 12 at 2:00. Jubilee ladies are invited. Please RSVP to 601-934-8357. If you have questions, please talk to Elaine Maust.

Today we start a new Sunday school quarter. Take a look at the bulletin board outside the office to see what the adult classes will be studying this quarter. This can be an opportunity to visit a new class. Questions, see Anita Wansley or Joel Beachy.
Come enjoy breakfast provided by the Jubilee Youth. This fundraiser will help the youth attend the 2011 Mennonite Youth Convention in Pittsburgh. Invite friends and family to Jubilee on Dec 13 from 7:30-9:15 for a wonderful breakfast prepared by a guest chef. Tickets may be purchased in advance from any youth, Joel Beachy, Millie Floyd, or Dara Domanici for $4/adult and $2/child (10 and under). 2 and under eat free. Questions? See Joel Beachy.
