This Week at Jubilee...
Thanks to all who came to and helped to host the Jubilee Camp Out! Everyone is invited to the meal in the pavilion following today's service.
There will be a canned food offering for Jubilee's food pantry next Sunday, April 25. Please bring a nonperishable food item to share on that day during the offering time. For more info, see Marvin Floyd or Sandra Rush.
Everyone is invited to the Spring Gathering of Gulf States Mennonite Conference at Open Door Mennonite Church in Jackson, MS on May 1. Please see the insert in the bulletin for more info or talk to Duane Maust.
Next Sunday we begin a series of children's stories on God's good work in Taiwan. Holly Garrett will be sharing stories. Children will be able to give money for God's work in Taiwan through Mennonite Mission Network. Children, if you still have your blue mission bank, bring it next Sunday. More mission banks will be supplied. Questions? See Holly.
Jubilee's Vacation Bible School will be July 19-23. Please mark your calendars and plan to join us for a wonderful week of learning and growing. 2010 coordinator is Regina Martinez.
Summer Camp at Pine Lake is just a few months away! Now's the time to make your donation to Jubilee's Camp Scholarship Fund. Gifts can be marked "camp scholarships" and placed in the offering. If you are interested in going to camp this year but need some financial help to make it possible, see Elaine Maust or Cynthia Clymer.
Offering for 4/11/10: $1,664 (budgeted $1,787.50). Year-to-date (8/1 – 4/11): $77,808.50 (budgeted $66,137.50).
